Information about delivery

After placing your order, a BDKLaboratory representative will contact you within 24 hours (in work days from 10.00 – 19.00) to agree on the most convenient time and place to receive the product.

Delivery is available only in Latvia!

If you want the goods to be delivered to another country, please contact us by calling +371 22002275 or via email at sales@bdklaboratory.lv.

Free Delivery to our shop: Rīga, Marijas ielā 16 “Upīša Pasāžā”.

Prices

Delivery fee for orders to “Omniva” parcel machines up to 20 kg throughout Latvia – € 4.00 + VAT.

Delivery fee for orders with “Omniva” courier up to 20 kg throughout Latvia – € 5.00 + VAT.

Return of goods

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia gives the buyer the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days. When returning the product, the provisions of the Law “Consumer Protection” must be observed. The consumer is responsible for the preservation and quality of the goods within the allowed return period. If the customer rejects the product, the delivery fee is not refunded.

BDKLaboratory does not accept returned goods with damaged packaging or in a used state.

When placing an order, you can choose one of the following ways to receive goods in the shopping cart:

Delivery of goods to “Omniva” parcel terminal (prepayment by bank transfer)
Delivery of goods by Latvijas Pasts throughout the territory of Latvia (prepayment by bank transfer)

To find out the exact delivery costs of your order, place all items in the virtual shopping cart and go to “Shopping Cart”. Choose a delivery place and the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of your order.

Delivery time is up to 7 workdays from the date of payment

For orders over 50.00 EUR, the delivery in Latvia is free of charge
